- Selecting a business opportunity for commercialization
- Developing a one page "flyer" of the business proposal
Establishing the Intellectual Property Position
- Identifying the Unique Selling Proposition
- Establishing the point of strategic differentiation of the business opportunity
- Protecting the business idea with patents, copyright, trade marks etc
Preparing Plans and Financing the Business Opportunity
- Developing business models and financial plans
- Raising finance for the business
- Presentation skills
