  • Develop a detailed Commercialisation Plan including the funding and capital requirements
  • Learn practical presentation skills in presenting the Plan to third parties

  • Applying the Mentre Business Assessment Index
  • Selecting a business opportunity for commercialization
  • Developing a one page "flyer" of the business proposal

 

Establishing the Intellectual Property Position

  • Identifying the Unique Selling Proposition
  • Establishing the point of strategic differentiation of the business opportunity
  • Protecting the business idea with patents, copyright, trade marks etc

 

Preparing Plans and Financing the Business Opportunity

  • Developing business models and financial plans
  • Raising finance for the business
  • Presentation skills
