  • Introductions and handshakes - who does what to whom
  • Telephone and mobile phone protocol
  • Social small talk and politeness

 

The etiquette of wining and dining

  • Presentable manners at cocktail parties, lunches and dinners
  • Business dining etiquette
  • Seating and table settings
  • Wine and food ordering

* Course can be incorporated with a hands-on lunch - dining experience
