This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join a national industry leading supplier of Consulting, Recruitment & Training solutions based in Melbourne.
Your key focus will be to seek out additional sales and business opportunities through developing new and existing customers, some account management and value adding. The development of strong relationships is critical along with the understanding of the industry sales cycles.
We seek someone with a flair for identifying and developing solutions to address customers' needs, and a solid understanding of the corporate and vocational training industry, particularly in accredited training programs. You will have a strong solution-based approach to training delivery, account management and sales, and can demonstrate a history of managing major accounts and building relationships at different levels. Results focused, your approach incorporates identifying opportunities, developing solutions and managing projects successfully.
For the candidate with a creative, independent and can-do attitude we offer a comprehensive package, including base, super and work related allowances, achievable bonuses and excellent career opportunities for the successful candidate.
Applicants will need to have their own car and a current driving license. Previous experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), with relevant industry expertise and experience is preferable, however not essential.

- Are you "Cert IV Qualified Trainer"?
- Are you qualified to train accredited training in Process Manufacturing, Transport & Distribution, Business, Retail, Competitive Manufacturing, Call Centre, Hospitality, Aged Care?
- Do you have experience in competency based, accredited and Government Funded training?
- Are you reliable, can work flexible hours and have highly developed oral and written communication skills?
- Do you have an understanding of AQTF requirements?
- Do you have strong interpersonal, liaising and problem solving skills?
- Are you able to work unsupervised and as part of a team?
