Overview

Designed for individuals who need to build relationships with people within the organisation and whose role encompasses identifying and understanding their business needs and wants, presenting business solutions, influencing them and gaining buy in to take action commonly referred to as the internal consulting role.

Human Resource, particularly those involved in Learning & Development and Organisational Development as well as IT Services, Internal Business Analyst, Project Leaders, Change Leaders, OH&S Specialists and BPR Specialists. This course will suit any role where you need to create buy in and collaboration to achieve outcomes.

Course content

Internal Consulting Skills

This is course is fast-paced and draws on the extensive real world consulting experience of the BSI Learning consultancy. The program includes case studies, role playing and pocket guides, all valuable tools and techniques to help you get even better results as an internal or external consultant.

Personal Consulting Style Assessment and Personal Action Plan

You will receive an assessment of your influencing and learning style. In addition, you were learn about other learning styles as well as yours and other language patterns that will help you create rapport. You will identify your personal strengths and development needs, enabling you to be more flexible in your approach to clients. Your personal action plan will capture the key area you wish to focus on in the first 60 days after the workshop plus your will work on a live issue.
