This program will teach you how to deliver formal and informal presentations confidently and with impact.

From presenting ideas to colleagues or senior executives in informal meetings to addressing groups of colleagues and industry peers or even presenting a vision to suppliers, as EAs become more involved in different aspects of business and in organising different tasks or projects on behalf of their executives, having the skills to present effectively and in a manner that will get the desired outcomes is imperative.

For many, having to address even a small group of colleagues brings on unbelievable levels of fear.  This course helps you to overcome those fears with some simple techniques and provides you will the failsafe tools to ensure any time you have to talk or present you come across as the consummate professional. 

 

Who Should Attend

ALL Executive and Personal Assistants who are required to make address or make presentations to colleagues or managers, or any other group in a professional context.  You may wish to overcome nervousness when speaking in public or to improve your influencing and persuading skills.  Either way, this is an essential skill.
