Outline
Understanding and interpreting interpersonal communication is an important skill for all Executive and Personal Assistants to develop. The one constant in every EA and PA role is the need to deal effectively with people, as few roles touch or interact with as many different types of people at so many different levels within business as the EA or PA. The primary objective of this session is to help you to understand yourself better and in so doing gain a better understanding of the people you work with.
Who Should Attend
ALL Executive and Personal Assistants who are interested in enhancing their emotional intelligence through exploring their current communication style and its impact on others and how others may perceive them.
