Strategic Leadership

Outline

Great leaders are also visionaries.   They know how to unite teams or individuals behind an organisation's vision and Key Profit Areas.   Working from the perspective of the strategic objectives of the organisation, they are the driving force needed to energise careers, improve individual and organisational development and strengthen workforce loyalty.

Senior executives all must be adept at achieving this, but so must all other managers and staff working with senior executives if they are to help ensure consistency in all dealings with more junior managers and employees.

EAs and PAs touch more people across more departments than many other managers.   It is therefore essential that they share the same strategic management capabilities and vision as their executives.

This course is essential for all EAs and PAs working in a supervisory, team leader or management capacity, who have gained experience of managing people, and who want to enhance their management skills as a way of increasing their overall performance as part of the broader executive team.
